My coaching certifications are in personal development, business strategy and retirement transition.
I am also trained in speaking with confidence.
- What sets you apart from other life and business coaches?
I am invested in helping you fly solo as soon as you can. That’s my goal each and every time. I do this by:
- Having a range of experiences with all types of businesses – corporate, non-profit, crown corporations, public and private, and entrepreneurs;
- Being highly intuitive so I can connect quickly and easily with you on an individual basis to provide focused support and suggestions;
- Connecting the heart and the head in my work with you; and
- Walking my talk – I consider myself a work in progress, which helps me be non-judgemental with others. I have a natural and authentic approach and I am aware of the need to balance IQ, EQ and LQ (intelligence, emotional and learning quotients).
- Do you do the work yourself or do you outsource?
You get all of my experience, knowledge and intuition.
- What are your rates/what do your fees include?
Coaching: $300 per hour
Facilitation (seminars, workshops): $1,250 half day to $2,500 full day
Keynotes: Varies depending on needs, so contact me
- Can you start right away/do you charge more for just-in-time coaching?
I will do my best to accommodate your schedule. Let’s discuss your needs and see what we can do.

- How do I go about hiring you? Do I have to sign a contract? Do you ask for money upfront?

I request a 50% deposit to confirm engagement of my services and will email you to confirm the details of the project.
The email and deposit serve as the contract, so there are no other contracts unless you provide one.
